The DFSS-CCAP team was informed by the State that all childcare agencies interested in assisting the immigrant families coming to Chicago who are in need of childcare can enroll these families for childcare under CCAP. These families will go under the criteria of CCAP Protective Services Child Care (servicing children experiencing homelessness). Agencies will be able to provide these families up to 6 (six) months of childcare that they will be reimbursed for.
